Having called Buncombe County home since 1992, I understand the unique rhythm of life that exists between the quiet country acreage and the vibrant cultural hubs of Asheville and Hendersonville.

From Small Farms to Smooth Transitions

My background is rooted in the land. As a former horse farm owner and developer assistant for local communities like Ashbrook and Bridgewater, I possess a "dirt-under-the-fingernails" understanding of acreage, equine properties, and conservation.

Today, I’ve pivoted that same passion toward helping Active Retirees as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). I’ve found that many of my clients are ready to trade the maintenance of a large estate for a more manageable, mindful lifestyle. My forte is guiding you through this transition—helping you prepare your home for the market with accurate data and navigating the downsizing process with a solution-oriented approach.
